sharon did my copper hair which i loved the color but she did not check the foils in where bleach was being processed, she left in bleach in my hair for an hour and i didnt think anything of it, she was taking other clients but wasnt checking in on my foils at all! a client with active bleach in their hair should always be the priority, but she clearly didn't care. when it came time to wash the bleach out i noticed that it was over processed and she did NOT tell me that my hair had fallen out! and i only noticed when i came ... read more
