Moved here recently, when I first toured I knew this was the place for me. Super well maintained, quiet and spacious apartment complex. No complaints other than I wish there was a closet in the living room for storage purpose. Other than that I made a great choice choosing Sharon Arms! Kia has also been an amazing lady to work with!!
Small quiet complex...if you have any issues Tito and Louis take care of it immediately.
Tito and Louis are very responsive. Good management of side. The apartment is not very good. The walls seem to have no sound insulation. You can hear and you can hear your neighbors. Problems with hot water during busy periods, don't be surprised to take a shower under cold water after work
Great place to live. Very nice and well kept grounds. Neighbors and staff are very nice. Conveniently located near Route 130, I-95, 295 and NJ Turnpike.
