Dr. Clark is a highly skilled surgeon. She is approachable, informative and honest. Dr. Clark's bedside manner is warm and genuine. I am impressed with both Dr. Clark's abilities and also her support, facilities and office. The practice is busy, but after you meet Dr. Clark and the office manager, Bruce, you appreciate the attention and time that you receive. Seton Hospital is such a wonderful facility. She is an amazing doctor!
This review is not about Dr Clark herself but her assistant Bruce. I think the doctor office needs to evaluate how he responds to patients' calls and inquiries. He has been unbelievably rude, impatient and even hang up the phone. I'm 50 years old and have seen many, many doctors in the US and outside - nobody ever hang up the phone. This is SO unprofessional. He should not be dealing with the patients. People are coming to the doctors for help, not for rudeness.
