It is my opinion thatSharon Altieri is one of the worst person I have ever dealt with in my life she was my property management person that has dealt with my property and allowed the tenant to completely destroy my house and property I will never deal with her again.
Sharon is a very knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent and her guidance through what was a very lengthy process, with many unwarranted delays, not only kept the deal alive but ensured I got top dollar for my home. This is the 3rd home I have bought and sold in Nevada County with Sharon as my realtor and she always does an excellent job for me whether I am buying or selling. If you are looking to buy a house in Nevada County I highly recommend that you use Sharon Altieri from Good & Company Realty.
OMG There are so many good things I can say about Sharon Altieri... Not only has she been my property management for many years she has been my Realestate Agent as well...But most of all I consider her a friend !! Sharon has always conducted our business with great care and professionalism... I highly recommend her not only to my friends and family but to the world --- Thats how amazing she is !!!
