Great workers, poor or inefficient payment and insurance methods.
I usually dont check reviews and I wish I had before going here... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My husband had a tooth that was bothering him, Dr. Annand told him there was nothing she could do for him and charged him $200. She couldn't bill insurance because she did nothing..and I mean NOTHING...when another dentist filed the tooth down for free. Both my wife and I went on different days and have similar experiences. When I went I kind-of thought my experience might have been a fluke. Guess not! We both had routine preventative treatment performed, poorly. 1. When I made the appointment I advised the office staff to do ‘only what is covered by my insurance’ as I was between jobs and did not wish to incur additional expense. Do not go here!! All of the work that I had done here was completed incorrectly. Now I’m having to get everything redone. Horrible experience and a waste of time and money.
PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. THE DENTIST will tell you you need a service that is not covered by insurance. I received a blank bill four months later after I was told all I had to pay out of pocket was $200. I even double checked with staff before agreeing to the service that I would not being paying anything additional. The the bill she sent didn’t even tell me what I was being charged for.
