I have had many incredible and transformative energy sessions with Sharmila and I always come away feeling grounded and refreshed... much more my truest and highest self. Also, the Reiki Soundbath is an INCREDIBLE journey and experience. I always have a profound and moving experience and then have deep and amazing sleep. The Friday early evening soundbath is a wonderful way to recuperate from the week and slide enjoyably into savoring relaxation and renewal time.

Sharmila is amazing her calming energy puts you into a better place. She is a true healer from her reiki sound baths that put you into the best space also prepares you for a terrific nights sleep. She also has helped me with my migraines. She is one of a kind. Can’t recommend her enough!!
