I began seeing one of the nurse practitioners at this office about six months ago After being refused by a family member who had high prices for the office . My physical consisted of her sitting and talking to me about my medical history. I was never physically touched or examined. She sent me for labs which all came back normal and at my next visit, she referred me to an OB/GYN. And scheduled me for six months out. So glad I got referred here! Dr. Kasten cares so much. She goes over everything with you and listens! The staff has been amazing. Really good communication. Lobot, NP is amazing too! So kind. Really good with bedside manners from everyone. I love the location. Clean office. It’s perfect! :)
LOOOOOOOVE MY DOCTOR!!!!!! I was with Kaiser for a long time and NEVER was able to get the proper care I needed. I switched insurance plans and was recommended here by several of my co-workers and I AM HAPPIER NOW THAN I EVER WAS with my health! Thank you so much Doctor Kasten and your office staff for always being so considerate and taking the time to listen to me.
I have been going to this office for three years. I’ve never met the doctor. The nurse practitioner is the one who has helped. It’s almost impossible to get anybody from the office and you have to leave a message and hope that they will return it. kind of frustrating.
I was Referred to Dr Sharmel and I went to see her. I have Bells Palsy and I requested a procedure called DAO and I shared with her the procedure. She said she had a previous patient that had Bells, and that she referred her patient for the same DAO procedure. Well I NEVER got the referral and when i returned to Dr Sharmels office I requested referrals info. So I contacted the Oral surgeon she referred me to, just to be told they don’t do that procedure.
