LOOOOOOOVE MY DOCTOR!!!!!! I was with Kaiser for a long time and NEVER was able to get the proper care I needed. I switched insurance plans and was recommended here by several of my co-workers and I AM HAPPIER NOW THAN I EVER WAS with my health! Thank you so much Doctor Kasten and your office staff for always being so considerate and taking the time to listen to me.
I have been going to this office for three years. I’ve never met the doctor. The nurse practitioner is the one who has helped. It’s almost impossible to get anybody from the office and you have to leave a message and hope that they will return it. kind of frustrating.
I was Referred to Dr Sharmel and I went to see her. I have Bells Palsy and I requested a procedure called DAO and I shared with her the procedure. She said she had a previous patient that had Bells, and that she referred her patient for the same DAO procedure. Well I NEVER got the referral and when i returned to Dr Sharmels office I requested referrals info. So I contacted the Oral surgeon she referred me to, just to be told they don’t do that procedure. I had a terrible experience at this doctor's office. While the decor is cute, that's about the only positive thing I can say. The staff is completely unprofessional, rude, disorganized, and indifferent to patient concerns. What's even worse, they blatantly violate HIPPAA in the lobby. Patient's names, conditions, and personal information are discussed openly where anyone can hear. It's incredible uncomfortable and completely unacceptable. I love Dr.Kasten. She listen to my concerns and acted on them instead of telling me, it’s normal or it’ll get better. She really listens to her patience.
