Excellent Doctor
Dr. Sharmeen Mahmood was unkind and disrespectful toward me. She refused to test me for anything and told me to lose weight. She was condescending and also did not want to follow up on my diagnosis made by os past hematologist. Her supervisor asked me to meet with her one more time in which she used the entire medical visit to berate me. Instead of addressing my health concerns she asked me what I wanted her to test for. Dr Mahmood visited me recently, she was knowledgeable, caring, smart and reliable. I used to be with other oncologist in Hoag and other organizations who did not care about their patients. Leaving me in room for hours, sending their physician assistant or nurse practitioner to visit me and only charging me physician's copay.
