I'd put negative stars if that was possible. From fat shaming, ignoring standard patient care, refusing to see sick patients or disregarding symptoms of infection forcing them to seek urgent care options. Completely inept and a waste of time as a "doctor".
Me and my husband had a GREAT experience with Dr. Hossein and her staff yesterday for our first appointment. We were assessed separately and saw the doctor together, upon request. Staff and nurses were VERY professional and friendly. Dr. Hossein was friendly, efficient with time, focused, compassionate, and was proactive with both of our healthcare. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doctor if your in Hickory !
Horrible!!!!! From the front desk, referrals, office manager and Dr. Houssain they all lie!!! They are rude, nasty and not in business for patient care. This office is poorly ran and a joke to the healthcare system. Save yourself some time and bypass this office!!!!!!!!!!
The office staff was fantastic but I would not recommend Dr. Hossain. Her nurse Dawn was always snippy with me no matter how much I tried to make conversation or even joke to lighten the mood. I feel as if Dr. Hossain was too busy to be bothered with my concerns, and didn't really listen to me. If you like to integrate natural and traditional forget it , she would rather push pills.
