This is a review for the Myrtle and Cooper ave location. From meeting Anthony at the front desk to all the lovely staff on site this rehabilitation PT location is top notch.
I've been to physical therapy a handful of times here so far and all staff have been very nice and accommodating, and it had been a pleasant enough experience...I have had the luck of getting Crystal as my pelvic floor PT for the past few appointments, and she is truly an angel and a blessing to this business and anybody who she works with! Amazing experience here. Front desk staff Marie was very supportive and patient with completing the paperwork and explaining my insurance pay. I’ve been to several physical therapy offices in the past and most staff doing the therapy lack active involvement. In this location Crystal took the time to really help explain what was going on in my shoulder and put a lot of effort in my shoulder joint. I felt so much better after my session and would highly recommend any friend and family to come here.
First time visit, as a new patient, my experience with de staff was great! Very pleasant and helpful!
The physical therapist in this place are awesome.They really know how to give massages. After my accident and my sessions finished with my physical therapy office that I was referred to by my lawyers.I was referred to this place. I highly recommend this place.
