I have been seeing Dr. Sharma for years. What I particularly like is that he speaks to me as an equal and not some inferior idiot who doesn't know what she's talking about. His response time is also excellent whether I'm calling with a question or a refill request. Most of the time my wait for an appointment is short, but sometimes I have to wait. It's the nature of the job. There's no way to deal with late people except to push everyone back, right? That's why I show up on time (and usually right after his lunch break).... read more
