Very unprofessional, they do not know how to send the proper document to the bank for mortgage payout. I sold the house and the closing date was August 21st. Instead of sending mortgage DISCHARGE/PAYOUT statement to the bank (CIBC), they sent inquiry statement. The CIBC bank did not accept the document and payout did not happen. After the follow up of the CIBC bank, these people finally sent the discharge/payout statement at Sept 24. However, I ended up paying mortgage of 34 days after selling the house!!!.
