This is the best doctors office I have ever been too!
Still have no access to patient portal after alleged error in their system kicked off large group of patients.
I have been trying to reach this office for several weeks! I've called and been placed on hold for over 15min, phone will ring for 5 minutes before some answers and tells you to hold... Ive tried the portal and don't get a reply for over a week, when I reach back out a get a reply that they lost important paperwork, then dont reply for weeks still after that. Its hell just getting through them. This is awful!!!!!
