Do NOT go there. Needed a pre-authorization and staff was too lazy to do it. Relied on my insurance company to get the truth. Avoid at all costs, I'm changing primary doctors, since I only seen the primary doctor once since I've been there. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Seriously don’t bother. They cancelled my appointment and left me a voice mail stating so, and then fired me for no call no show. Receptionists basically told me I was lying. The doctor is rude and leaves nasty messages. They also consider a reschedule a missed appt because “someone else could have taken that appt” even tho I cancelled two days in advance because I had covid. Seriously. Awful. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

I have bipolar depression, I take meds to make myself okay. I’m having a bad reaction to said meds. I tried to reach out to this office for a week for help. I had to stop taking them and can’t get out of bed or function properly in society and all I think about is death again.
