A third party wasn’t honest causing a dispute at no fault to myself or sharma auto sales, we have since found a resolution, and as a result I can say Anil and Sharma Auto Sales has acted professionally and honestly to resolve the issues.
★☆☆☆☆ I paid nearly $2,000 by bank transfer for quoted repairs. Since making payment, I have not been provided with a tax invoice or receipt, and despite multiple requests, I have not received confirmation that the repair work has been carried out. My attempts to resolve the matter directly, including through the manager, Anil, have gone unanswered. I hope the business chooses to engage and resolve this matter promptly.
I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I feel other people should know about my experience. I paid more than $2200 for repairs on my car, and the quality of work was very disappointing. I am a new driver, so I didn’t fully understand the costs at the time, and I trusted this mechanic because we are both Nepalese. Unfortunately, I feel completely taken advantage of.
