Family trip to McCall RV Park - trailer brakes were having problems and we needed a few small electrical parts to get back on the road. Walked in and was able to get the parts we needed. Very kind and helpful team. Highly recommend.

We were in the middle of a month long camping trip. Our 2002 VW Eurovan was having an intermittent electrical problem; the worst kind. Chuck diagnosed the cause and fixed it in a matter of hours. The guy’s a genius!

While on a trip to the McCall area, my truck began having power steering issues. I was only planning to be in the area a couple of days. I called Sharlie’s Auto Repair and Chuck said that he could take a look at it right away and diagnose the problem. He followed through and got me out the door the next day. Great service! I couldn’t have asked for better customer care. So refreshing when you happen across a shop that truly understands customer service! I would highly recommended Sharlie’s Auto Repair.
