While on a trip to the McCall area, my truck began having power steering issues. I was only planning to be in the area a couple of days. I called Sharlie’s Auto Repair and Chuck said that he could take a look at it right away and diagnose the problem. He followed through and got me out the door the next day. Great service! I couldn’t have asked for better customer care. So refreshing when you happen across a shop that truly understands customer service! I would highly recommended Sharlie’s Auto Repair.
What a weekend. Drove up north on Thursday. Broken down in Donnelly Idaho with my 2015 Nisson Marano. Limped into McCall to Sharlies Auto and diagnosed my alternator and battery were near death. Couldn't get an alternator in town so ordered one out of Boise for Friday morning delivery. I was in kind of a jam as I was headed to move my folks into a newer, smaller home, and they were really planning on me. Sharing my delima with the owner, he gave me his Tahoe for the rest of the trip. You can't find service like that anywhere... read more
