Charlie's auto was a life saver. We rented an Airbnb for a week and right as we were coming into town our car cut out. We got to the airbnb and parked it thinking it just needed to cool down. Since we were with family, we rode with them. As we were leaving, it was about 5am and our car started making a knocking noise and wouldn't shift out of 2nd gear so we obviously couldnt drive back to utah. We can’t say enough about the service we received from Chuck. We had engine problems as we drove into McCall and he was able to take us right away, order the parts we needed and get us back up and running. If you need a great diesel mechanic look no further!
Family trip to McCall RV Park - trailer brakes were having problems and we needed a few small electrical parts to get back on the road. Walked in and was able to get the parts we needed. Very kind and helpful team. Highly recommend.

We were in the middle of a month long camping trip. Our 2002 VW Eurovan was having an intermittent electrical problem; the worst kind. Chuck diagnosed the cause and fixed it in a matter of hours. The guy’s a genius!
