Shark Pools, especially Marissa in the office and Jose the technician who was at the house when I was at the house, were awesome to work with. They were fantastic communicators in terms of timeliness and clarity. They came when they said they would and it was easy to get in their schedule. The technicians the ended up replacing my heater went above and beyond and left the site clean when they were done. Overall great experience.
Don’t give this place a dime!!!
