Every single time Alex and his team are here they are so kind and helpful! They have taken great care of our pool and given us helpful tips and made me feel supported if a pool crisis ever arose that they would be there to help me fix it. Excellent, speedy service! Our old pool heater broke down a week before we were going to close the pool. Hoping for a few more days of swimming, we called Sharks Pools. Alex came the next business day and worked with Pentair to diagnose the issue. I could immediately tell he had the expertise and knowledge to help us. Alex worked with the manufacturer to determine how to fix. It turned out to make more sense to purchase a new heater rather than spending almost the same to replace the damaged components. Alex and his team are the nicest people to work with! Alex is a personable owner with great expertise in pool care who takes the time to teach new pool owners how to maintain their pool so they can do it themselves. Service is a priority to him and it shows. He is responsive to phone calls when other companies are not. His team is as friendly as he is and his pricing is beyond fair. We’re very impressed with the service we received and are now lifelong customers of Sharks Pools.
