I have purchased shark products for most of my adult life and always felt like they were superior products. Christmas of 2023, I purchased a shark matrix robot vacuum that retails for nearly $500. Within two months I was having problems with the vacuum and reached out to the company. I am deeply upset with Ninja's level of customer support. Yesterday, I bought an item from website, and upon checking today, I noticed that the discount code for first-time buyers was not applied to my order. All my attempts to modify the order with a customer service representative were unsuccessful, and they suggested not to escalate my call to a supervisor. Purchased a Ninja dual brew coffee system in April 2023. Recently the pod adapter stopped working. It will not close on a coffee pod so we can no longer brew coffee pods. After a lengthy conversation with a Ninja customer service representative, I was told the pod adapter was not included in warranty. To receive a new one I would be charged approximately $35 for it and also a $20 shipping charge. Ridiculous to have to spend $55 on a machine still under warranty and not even a year old.
