Poor aftermarket product support, supplies for the Sonic Duo are almost never available. Plus the discontinued the cleaning concentrate.
Had to give it 1 star to be able to write this complaint otherwise ZERO stars!!!!! From the first day I purchased this Shark lift-away pro vacuum it has been shocking me from the static electricity!! I called to complain & their way of "fixing" the problem was to send me the exact same handle that came with it!! Today, after 2 1/2 months of being zapped on my hands, arms & legs, (even after putting masking tape on the plastic parts to cover it)I have had enough! The very worst customer service I have ever come across. Call headquarters and the message says "closed for the holidays and will reopen Tuesday February 16 at 9am." Well today is May 30, 2017. This tells me corporate isnt much better than customer service. Buyers beware!!!
Finally a vacuum that really works, I don't say this lightly because I've purchased all of them some costing upwards of $499. None of them compare to this machine. No it will not stand up on its own it's not designed to do that, its designed To pick up absolutely every last bit of dirt cat hair cereal popcorn kernels you name it picks it up. and even sucked in one of my socks careful pick up everything you don't wanted to suck in before you start The shark complete model number HV380 Is the Best vacuum I've ever owned.
Terrible customer service. Two orders through your site cancelled for no reason. Called rude customer service who told me to place another order through the web (Like a third time would work) Posted on your facebook site and got a reply to send a message. After 3 days received a reply to check with bank after I post a poor comment on FB. Bank says everything is fine.
