My favorite company
I only use Shark vacuums. I had one for almost 3 years that stopped putting out water. Shark sent me a new unit!! Love their service, and their products. I have an older Shark regular vacuum that I have had for over 10 years, and it still works great!!
We really enjoyed our brand new shark vacuum but unfortunately it stopped working suddenly. We contacted shark support and Bryant provided us with an instant resolution with no hassles whatsoever. Shark is blessed to have a team member that understands the supreme customer service commitment by placing people before profits. Congratulations!
