They lost my package 2 times despite me paying for extra for expedited shipping!!! My wife's birthday surprise is ruined! Their shipping department simply doesn't work! Avoid ordering from them directly!
Worse buying experience ever, I ordered back on May 3rd. They trusted ontrac to deliver and they delivered to the wrong address ontrac even went back trying to retrieve the items but was unsuccessful. I’ve had to call Customer service 5 times they have escalated it which did nothing! and I still don’t have my product or a refund this has been such a headache like either give me my product I bought or refund me! Incredible....... thanks Ninja/shark for being incompetent PIECES OF GARABAGE when it comes to warranty......... just cant handle a compamy who lies. Im wondeirng if all the people that have been screwed over can do a class action lawsuit!
Shark has been the absolute best company we've ever dealt with. The customer support was amazing and took care of our issue immediately and the outcome was far more then expected. We couldn't be happier with the support and warranty honoring. Ill continue to shop with them for sure in the future, 5 stars isnt high enough!
Update: After the issue below, we decided to buy a Flexflame - it's unstable and SharkNinja acknowledged it's faulty but refuses to accept the return and refund us even though we have an appliance that's hot and greasy and unstable and therefore can't be used. 14Dec2023 Update - we were making our last pint in the creami breeze before returning it for a refund when the appliance wouldn't shut off and it started smoking - photos attached.
