I couldn’t imagine cutting kid’s hair! A was so patient and she did a great job keeping my son’s head straight while he was having a blast playing video games. He refuses to go anywhere else because he gets to play Minecraft while getting his haircut! This was our 3rd time and we still get the same consistent great haircut!
We had our first cut at this sharkeys today after moving here from WA. The stylist was great, kind and really knows how to work with kids. The reason its 4 stars instead of 5 is because every sharkeys we've been to has had a military discount. It's which is one of the reasons we keep going. The laguna niguel sharkeys said they did not have a military discount. Unfortunately we wont be back to this location for that reason as the other sharkeys nearby such as lake forest do honor their military discount.

They need a new front desk lady- I came in slightly early, appt for 12:30, she misunderstood my name couldn’t find my reservation under my daughters name, then got it mixed up with someone else. After she explained the misunderstanding, which was fine, we continued waiting after being there around 1pm the other client who came in after with a 12:30 as well ended up getting priority because they said they needed to go.
