100 % recommend Lauren and Hosea. They went above and beyond, were very patient with my 7 month old. Place is clean and fun, would highly recommend.
Erin was very rough with my 2.5 year old while using the clippers and cutting his hair. After we left I noticed a little cut behind his ear. Lauren commented that I should take my daughter to the pediatrician to see if she has a vitamin deficiency. She has thin hair and we are trying a few things to work on it. I just thought it was totally rude. I will not be returning.
Heard a lot of good things about this place so we tried it—we will not be returning. A single question consultation, no engagement and minimal patience with my kid, and generally very rude. I tried to explain it was the first time we had been there so we did not know how everything worked but we did not feel welcome. I almost left halfway through the cut because the stylist was so impolite. Not a good place for curly hair.
Took my toddler in as a walk in to get a trim as our normal barbers are off due to a family emergency. Specified that we just wanted a trim, wanted to keep the little boy look of the longer hair, we just wanted it trimmed up so it wasn't so long in the back and wasn't in his eyes in the front. They took SO much off (giving more of a big boy haircut) making his cowlick in the back stick out. It's frustrating because his hair takes so long to grow that it is going to be that way for months!
