Very poor experience. Called texted and emailed multiple times, with no response. Then we start the tour, it was not enjoyable at all. No direction so everyone is running into eachother. My wife and I spent the whole time trying not to run into people rather than enjoying the time out. The “led” is a tiny light at the front that the rider in the back can’t see anything. Awful time, a waste of $150
Great tour, unfortunately the water was too murky to see much. Still saw a few fish and an upside down jelly. Cool little trip to do in the evening
BUYER BEWARE: Don’t use this place. They are dishonest and will take you money without providing a service. We bought tickets here for a group and they cancelled our tour and refuse to give us a refund. They don’t answer calls, emails etc. Worse business etiquette around.
We booked the night kayak fish feeding tour we had 7 people in our party. Sharkey’s had fantastic communication, the website clear about how to book events and when to expect to receive the next steps. The booking process was easy. We got the text with detailed instructions and photos to help clarify where to go and what landmarks to look for. The guides were super friendly and very experienced kayakers. Would not recommend. I was unable to book on groupon and when I called the facility, the voicemail said to text them. I never got a response so we ended up booking through their website and spent about $50 more. Not worth the almost $150. The light was dim and only one per kayak, (unlike what they show in their pictures) we didnt see dolphins or other marin life they promised. We saw catfish at feeding, that was it.
