We had a great first haircut experience overall - we loved Ms. Dee! - but be aware that this place is VERY small and crowded, extremely loud (their vacuum system is insane, I’ve never heard one louder, and for a place that specializes in haircuts for babies and kids I am a little surprised by that), and I think our son was just overwhelmed by all the other kids also freaking out over their haircuts. Awesome place to have your kids get haircuts! They did an awesome job with my 2 year old daughter's hair and they did her nails as well. I highly recommend this place!
The hair professional is great! She did a great job with my son’s hair. No complaints about her. But unfortunately this place takes advantage of the kids innocence and display toys for sale, creating a bad situation for the parents to pay for it when children starts to cry and yell for the toys. They don’t understand that’s for sale. We took our 23 month old here today for a haircut, trim on the top part & to clean it up a little bit. We had an appointment with Sawsan. I'm not gonna say my son was the calmest because he wasn't. But she was not patient with him at all & seemed like she just wanted to be done with it. We said ok, we paid $35 plus a $6 tip. They seem to fast paced to be a kids haircut place. I won't ever go back there. Drove an hour to go there, very disappointing.
