Miss Shirley was absolutely fantastic. My son is African-American and I had called and stated several times before the appointment to verify if his type of hair could be serviced there he’s also 4 1/2 years old. The website could use some updating regarding the detangling service and the age requirement, as well as whoever answers the phone. Miss Shirley was truly the best person on earth to do his hair. Very unfortunate update. I took my son here 3 times after my rave review, and have had subpar experiences but still went back because Shirley was good with him. But today, I took my daughter for her first haircut. Shirley BOTCHED her hair so bad, I didn’t notice until the next day but oh my goodness. It is so crooked, there are uneven chunks, and her bangs were slanted. So unhappy.
