Hair stylist name is say. The haircut turned out well, but the customer service was very disappointing. My child was struggling while the stylist was removing hair tangles, so I politely asked if I could help comfort my child. I was happy and satisfied for the haircut service. I will go back again for the haircuts for my toddler.

Service was okay, nothing special. A simple girls’ haircut cost us $41(tip included) , which felt pretty expensive for what it was. There was nothing unique about the service, just a basic haircut. I understand prices have gone up, but the same haircut at this place was only $21 three years ago.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The staff seemed rushed and inattentive, and the service did not match what was promised. I have booked appointment 2 days before and the day of my appointment after going to the salon they said you have no appointment booked.
