i was here with my nephew this morning and the stylist i booked with never showed up . the receptionist arianna was very apologetic and was able to get me in with Sawsan . after the haircut was done arianna offered my nephew a ballon and a lollipop . had a very good experience and will definitely be back !!

I have been coming here for over 3 years, but lately my experience has been very disappointing. I always try to schedule appointments with the person who usually cuts my son’s hair, but they constantly try to assign me to someone else. On several occasions, I have confirmed that the appointment is specifically with her. I drive about 45 minutes trusting that, and when I arrive, they tell me they supposedly called to cancel, even though I never receive any calls. Had a scheduled appointment for the 1st available stylist. When we arrived they stated our assigned stylist was sick and we'd be set as first available. Two customers passed us by and I asked what the deal was. They stated we were still first available. 30 minutes had already passed so we waited another 10 minutes for them to come up to us and say they can't provide a haircut for us and we should leave. The experience at this salon was good initially. Though for the last few appointments, it was very disappointing. The hairdressers are always rude, not listening to how you want the haircut for your kid, and acting like you’re wasting their time. I want to take my son here again for his haircut if they improve. Until then I need to look for a new place.

We had the BEST hair cut experience we’ve ever had with Chelsea! Brought a toddler and older kids too and everyone loved their experience! She was super sweet and kind, very patient with my screaming toddler and gave suggestions that made my kids feel beautiful and confident. Highly recommend her and we’re definitely loyal customers as long as she’s there!
