I had a great experience today at Sharkey's! We were a little nervous walking in as it was our sons first haircut but Katie did an amazing job! She really knows how to style and cut curly hair. The first haircut package was adorable as well. Thank you guys!
TLDR: Reese is amazing and kind. Will always KEEP scheduling with her. If she’s busy, ask to wait instead of being passed off to someone else, unless you’re ok with taking the chance. Everyone gets better over time but GIVE THE CUSTOMER THE OPTION TO CHOOSE WHO THEY WANT TO SEE. I’ve never had a problem with any Sharkey’s before until today. The worst place i have taken my son yet , i ask the lady to trim and scissor cut and she went to town with a buzz cut uneven and very unprofessional , i don't mind paying $ 29.00 on a good cut , but for $15.00 dollars i could've gotten my son a better cut at super cuts ....
We had a great experience with Dani. She was quiet but patient with our 2 year old boy. Will be back.
