EDIT: They did reach out after I submitted this review and refunded the haircut and offered for us to come in again and see another stylist. ORIGINAL: Really disappointed with this location. It’s a shame since we’ve had such positive experiences before this. We went in Sunday for a boys haircut and were assisted by Rylie. We asked for a 3 on the sides and finger length on top. I recently took my son in for a haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The hairdresser was so patient and gentle with him, making sure he felt comfortable the entire time. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, and the end result was even better than I imagined—his haircut turned out absolutely adorable! My daughter’s first haircut could not have gone better thanks to Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids. From start to finish, it was such a thoughtful experience. They took before and after photos, gave us a lock of her hair, and even a “First Haircut” certificate to remember the day. This was also her first time having a chair shampoo. Allie, her stylist, made her feel comfortable right away. She even gave my daughter her very first braids with cute little butterflies and helped her feel at ease during the hair wash.
