We went for baby's first haircut and we got some good pictures out of it but overall the place was pretty dirty and the haircut my son got was bad and uneven. I didn't get the stylist's name because the one we were scheduled with originally (Jessica) had to leave for an emergency. The neck line was cut way too high and half of the front fringe part is long and the other half is really short. I didn't realize it while we were there. Been coming here for almost 3 years and today was the first time the experience was not ok. We usually book Melissa or Carissa but neither were available so I booked the first available and we got Jessica. The stylists normally take a moment to get the kid comfortable. My son is super anxious and has sensory issues especially with cut hair itching his skin that triggers panic attacks. We came here for our daughter's first haircut, and I couldn't imagine a better experience. Jessica, our stylist, was extremely helpful and courteous every step of the way. This place is perfect for helping kids get used to haircuts in a fun, relaxed environment that is geared especially to them.
