Did not do a good job on my 7 year olds hair, it looks like a bowl cut which is definitely not what he wanted. He’s so upset by it, and the girl who did it made it seem like it was an inconvenience about how he wanted his hair and still didn’t do it right nor is it even. For the price you’d think they would’ve been better, the other lady who did my 4 year old though did great
It seems like the rules and service change here each time we are here. They tell you that you must make an appointment, but then the next time accept people without an appointment. Interestingly enough, they take people without an appointment, making us late for our appointment. I’ve been standing at the desk (still here) for 15 minutes and have yet to even be acknowledged. Once you’re seated the folks are great. But the overall experience is not consistent or good.
Absolutely amazing 1st haircut experience, for us and our toddler. She loved every bit, from the fun chairs, her stylist, the nail painting, and treats at the end! We love her certificate and hair keepsake, it was easier than expected for me to sit back and enjoy the process. Our stylist was beyond skilled and super sweet. Thank you Krista & Sharkey's!
Did my son’s first haircut there and it went great. Lady did a great job with my son’s first haircut! And the first haircut package was really cute.
