Alissa was very quiet and didn’t interact with us. She told us to pick any seat. I had to clean hair off the police car seat from a previous customer. Once she asked what we wanted she got straight to work. Spent about 10 mins on my son’s first haircut. Sprayed his hair down, cut it, and then “styled” it. I pointed out areas around the ears, and the bangs and she said it was normal because the hair hadn’t fully grown out. Alissa complimented on how my son was for her. This was a horrible experience. I went because I am looking for a place closer to home. I questioned if someone knows how to cut my son’s thick hair FIRST and that he would scrunch his shoulders. The answer should have been no I don’t think so, I’ll check and get back to you, anything other than an appointment being made. Don’t’ hold a child’s head, don’t cut curly hair wet, don’t start a line up without asking first, don’t ask me what I want and then tell me what you are going to do, don’t start cutting before combing, don’... read more
