Showed a reference photo of a boys haircut and left with something fairly different. Staff seemed bored and annoyed. Our first hairdresser had to step away (no big, it happens!) and the one who had to take over was clearly not happy and rushed the rest of the job. Yikes.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Sharkey’s. I arrived 6–7 minutes late and was told they have a 5-minute grace period (which is not posted anywhere on their website). Because of this, they said they would be unable to wash my girls’ hair or paint their nails—both of which are advertised as part of every haircut. No discount or alternative solution was offered. My children absolutely love going to Sharkey's for haircuts. The staff is incredibly patient, and does great working with them when they have their "wiggle moments". They have cars for the younger kiddos to sit in while they are getting their hair cuts, and video game stations for the older kiddos. Great place and will continue to come back!
