Jamie did a great job on my 2-year-old’s first haircut! I explained the look I was going for—still long, but more manageable, and she totally nailed it without me even needing to show a photo. The experience was easy, fast and fun. The atmosphere was super kid-friendly, and my little one enjoyed it—no tears at all! I also loved the First Haircut package. The certificate is adorable and perfect for anyone who loves to hold on to sweet keepsakes. Definitely recommend!
Book an appointment or you will not be seen. Arrive at least 5 minutes early because if you are late they will deny the service and schedule you for an alternate day even though the online booking says otherwise. Also, know the staff and their capabilities. Not all are friendly and attentive, as in caring how the parent is identifying the cut selected. Choose the hairdresser wisely. Kids get their hair here every time its a legit smooth process
It wasn’t my daughter’s first haircut but was her first time at a salon and Zoey did an excellent job with her! She was patient and made my princess feel special!
She butchered my kids hair right before Christmas im furious! I just wanted to get out of there. Asking her to fix it made it worse and worse! He started with a full head of hair and left bald! I showed her a picture of the type of fade i wanted and when my back was turned with the baby she cut half his head with no guard!!!!
