We took my daughter for her first hair cut and we had the best experience. They were super busy, but you couldn't tell. They took their time and painted her finger nails and put tinsel in her hair. She even got a clip for her hair and a ring. Would highly recommend.
I would give -100 stars if it was possible. I wish I could recommend them but I just can't. The Cornelius location is an absolute joke. We used to go to the ballantyne location when my daughter was younger and they were amazing. We have given them several chances. The last time we went, my daughter wanted her hair French braided for pictures and the stylist had no idea how to French braid. Gave this place the benefit of the doubt, but no longer going back and will be taking my child elsewhere for his haircuts. Made an appointment the other day for 3:45 in the afternoon, and scheduled the appointment well in advance. Online it showed three people working, but only one employee was present when we arrived. We arrived five minutes early, but was told it would be a 20 minute wait. 45 minutes later, as I was about to walk out, my child was finally seen. So disappointed. I tried to take my boys to get their hair cut all last week for Christmas and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I drove past at 4:00 pm and it was closed 3 days in a row. Then today we finally go and the guy BUTCHERED my 5 year old sons hair. It was a very simple easy haircut and it is HORRIBLE. Just in time for Christmas.
