The stylist who was doing front desk job as well was super rude, they overbooked appointments without 10 min difference and I arrived 5 min after my appointment was schedule, when the others customers show up she just start insulting me and yelling at me on the front of the others customers that I was super late for my boy’s haircut, It was one of the most rude services I ever had. They should at least provide a better customer service to solve issues instead of insult clients.
Our experience with Vanessa today was not good. My son’s hair was pretty long and she did a very choppy job in cutting his hair. We have been at this location multiple times and have only gotten his haircuts here but this will be our last time.
My kid with a disability wanted a hair cut and also a salon experience. Have been there twice. Both times she has come back home with the biggest smile on her face. First time was with Vanessa and today with Aimee. They made accommodations knowing she couldn't be out of her wheelchair. Aimee was gentle and encouraging and made her feel like a million bucks. Highly recommend.
Vanessa is amazing! She takes such great care of our two-year-old son and is incredibly patient and gentle with him. We’ve struggled with his haircuts in the past, but ever since we started coming to Vanessa, she cuts his hair with such ease. We highly recommend her!
We took our 2-year-old son here for a haircut. The place itself is lovely, with great kid-friendly amenities — but the haircut was a real letdown. Our son sat still the whole time, yet the result was poor: you can clearly see machine cut lines on his head.
