Let me start with the only good things — the place looks nice, it’s close to home, and it’s kid-friendly. The staff are also nice. That’s where it ends. The shop was hot. How disappointing!! I took my baby for his first haircut and the lady totally didn't do this before.. They were nice and kind but the have no idea how to cut a baby's hair.. My son is 1yo and is active and of course scared but it wasn't impossible to cut his hair.. But they just didn't know at all how to do a men hair cut.. At the end she just didn't even know if she finished her work or no... He ended with a awful haircut! So the Korean lady didn’t wash my daughters hair or use a bottle of water to spray her hair (my daughter has mixed hair) , I assumed she knew what she was doing….. I was so wrong when I washed my daughters hair when I got home it was so uneven, on top of that she was a bit rough with my daughters head…. Absolutely unacceptable experience. We visited Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids expecting a fun and safe environment for our son — instead, we left deeply disappointed and upset. The stylist, a tall woman whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch, completely botched my son’s haircut. Not only was the cut uneven and rushed, but when we politely voiced our concerns, she immediately became defensive, rude, and shockingly aggressive.
