Caitlyn was amazing with our son. He is on the spectrum and has a hard time with haircuts but she took her time, gave him breaks and was so sweet with him! He cried in the beginning but as she worked her magic he was completely fine with the process. We will be returning to her!

I really, really wanted to like Sharkey's Cuts for Kids in Bristow! We love the bright atmosphere, and find the front desk staff to be very welcoming and kind. However, after today's experience, we won't be returning. I brought my 6-year-old daughter in for what I hoped would be a positive, kid-friendly haircut. Instead, we were met with a stylist who showed shockingly poor bedside manner for working with young children. Mary has cut my daughter’s hair several times, and we think she’s awesome. She’s always kind, patient, and does an excellent job. We had another great experience with her during today’s visit to Sharkey’s. However, as we were checking out, the other stylist, became visibly irritated with Mary. It made my daughters and me feel extremely uncomfortable. This behavior was unprofessional, especially in a children’s salon where the clients are young and easily affected by the environment. Both my boys 2 and 4 love it here and love their haircuts ! Great customer service and l like how they really think about my kids and focus on what makes them comfortable to cut their hair Thanks Bristow Sharkey’s for great positive energy as well!
