Older children can sit in the tween lounge or Xbox stations as they get their haircut. Younger ones can sit in a Dodge Police Cruiser, Fire Truck, Frozen Jeep, or Lightning McQueen Race Car while watching their favorite shows on Netflix!

We waited for 45 minutes past our appointment time. Now imagine having to wait that long with a 3 year old… the haircut took another 45 mins. I don’t know what toddler can sit that long for a haircut. The stylist didn’t listen at all and did a standard ‘boy’ haircut instead of what I asked for. Had photo reference and she didn’t follow it at all. All around terrible experience and won’t be going back.
Zia was incredibly kind and made my daughter feel like a princess.
Very disappointed. I made an appointment for 12, and someone with an appointment after me was seen first and we didn’t end up in a chair until 12:30. We will not be coming back which sucks because we like the stylists, but the customer service LACKS
