I scheduled my daughter's 1st hair cut here and I couldn't be happier. All the staff was nice and friendly. Stylist America was so friendly and welcoming to my baby. She did a great job on her hair! She trimmed exactly how I asked and kept double checking with me on the length. Amazing customer service. The young lady that checked is in was awesome too! I love this place so much, it's very cool and I like getting my cuts there, the definition of underrated. I experienced getting cuts there myself. Definitely would recommend for those with messy hair

Took my 6 year old son and 9 year old daughter here the other day... my son hates hair cuts. But he loves fortnite and was able to play while getting cut.... and they did a great job on him.. my little man came out looking sharp!!! My daughter got the full package with hair wash, cut, nails done... she loved it and they did a great job.. they are great with kids. Will help pick a style that suits there looks and needs. The girls are very friendly and cut the children's hair really well. The place needs to change a lot of things, for example, the carts where the children sit are very old and almost all of them have many broken parts. The tablecloth they put for the children so they don't get covered in hair is very old and broken too. The place needs to improve a lot. Although the girls try to keep everything as clean and disinfected as possible, the place needs to improve! There is good staff, but the place is not that nice.

Caution ...last week I took my step daughter to get a hair cut it was her first cut, I was charged 50$ and didn't feel I received what was metioned on the description of the package. Also not to mention I felt the stylist was rushing and a bit disoriented she had a faint smell of liquor or something fuming from her body or clothing. I won't be going back, thanks for a not so good first experience for my daughter.
