Very disappointed in the service that I received at this location. Google says they take Walk-Ins, I called to double check before heading that way. I asked “Do you take walk-ins or is it appointments only?” The lady on the phone said they took walk ins and that’s all she said. 35 minutes later, when I walked in. There was 1 person who was cutting hair, there was no greeting “hey, welcome in I’ll be with you in a minute” none of that. First, I made an appointment several days in advance. The day before the appointment, they messaged me to confirm, but on the day of the appointment itself, they canceled without giving a reason. So, I made another appointment—and that is when all of this happened.
