Almaz is amazing! She has been cutting my sons hair since he was one year old. She is so great with children and their families! My son loves to get his hair cut from Almaz.

Went in here on a weekday afternoon with my son (an infant) to get his haircut. I was told by the front desk woman that you have to make an appointment and she wouldn’t even ask the hairdresser to squeeze us in when the shop was completely empty. Zero people skills and clearly they just don’t want much business. 🤷♀️
Overall experience here was pretty awful. Despite making an appointment a few weeks in advance, the front desk agent and hair stylist were both late. We waited outside the salon in 96 degree heat since no one was there to open on time. No real explanation or acknowledgement of the situation from either woman when they arrived. The stylist was also running late, which the front desk girl told us, but didn’t try to call her to get a gauge on timing. Her overall demeanor was super off-putting.
