We have been going here since my child was 1.4 and he’s almost 4. He has autism and Jess is so patient and kind with him. He has a very hard time with haircuts and she always takes her time and reassures us as parents that he’s ok! Highly recommend her if you have a child on the spectrum.
Gabby did an amazing job cutting my son's hair! Super friendly and efficient. My son has a hard time sitting still for haircuts and she was super patient! Cannot reccomend enough!
VERY disappointed with our experience. We had a 4:45 PM appointment for my 3-year-old son, who had been excited for days. Due to a potty accident, we were running a few minutes late. I called at 4:27 PM to let them know, but no one answered. We arrived at 4:52 PM (just 7 minutes late) and they were already closing. We brought our 3‑year‑old in for his very first salon haircut (home haircuts have always been a challenge!), and the experience was absolutely wonderful. He got to choose from several fun themed chairs—including a school bus—which immediately put him at ease. My husband also had his hair cut, and we loved that they offer a father/son option. The kids love going here for haircuts due to the cars to sit in, TVs and getting their nails painted. Cut quality is good and the ladies there are good with the kids. It's a bit expensive so we only do it a couple of times a year.
