I took my 5-year-old for a Day of Beauty before our mommy and me photos. Lawrenda did an amazing job, took her time, and was so sweet. She made my daughter’s experience beyond memorable. For the rest of the day my daughter would say she felt like a celebrity.
I brought my grandson in for a clipper cut at the OKC location. Not sure of the name of the stylist, but she did an okay job. My biggest complaint is the price and the services. The stylist didn't even mention shampoo and blowdry. When I checked out, the receipt said shampoo, cut, and blowdry for a certain price. I told the lady that my grandson did not get a shampoo or blowdry. She said rudely that it would be the same price. I said okay, then I want his hair washed and dried. Lawrenda WAS AMAZING! Super nice and gentle with my 2 yr olds hair cut.
I took my toddler in for her first haircut and Lawrenda did a phenomenal job! She made sure we got exactly what we needed from the haircut. And we got a lock of hair and certificate with before and after photos for posterity! Such a special appointment!
Made an appointment online. Called to make sure it was still opened. Got there 20 minutes before the appointment. Watch 3 stylist finish and take other kids and didn’t even come up to talk to us. After being there an hour I asked the guy who stands at the register when my son will be able to get his haircut and he said they were busy.
