Jessica was AWESOME! She gave my 4 year old grandson the perfect haircut (and he has some crazy hair!) and was so easy to work with. She has 4 sons of her own, and it shows in how well she communicated with my grandson. We will definitely be back.
We were so excited to get our baby’s 1st haircut at this salon and traveled from far however was very disappointed. I called ahead of time and made his appointment over a week in advanced. When we arrived our stylist put my son in the chair that was broken and didn’t move like the others. The car chair he was in was also not cleaned and had someone else’s hair on it. Katherine was unprofessional from beginning to end, making direct eye contact in a visibly frustrated manner with my wife and I. My child was well behaved and moved his head as a normal 2 year old would, completely acceptable behavior. Katherine was then annoyed with the car chairs, as if the kids are not supposed to touch or play with the vehicles. She would consistently look up in utter disbelief when my child moved at all.
