I received emails confirming the booking of the hair appointments only to get a call from the owner that they were cancelled last minute for my 3 girls. Not a great experience and won’t be back. It’s unfortunately because we’ve had a great experience with the stylists here previously.
So friendly! My son had his 2nd haircut ever and the staff were so kind and patient with him. They found different ways to entertain him and keep him distracted and calm. We will definitely be back!
Liz was super good at talking with our kid, and following advice/comments from me, my partner, and our 6-Year old - He can be a little standoffish sometimes especially when it comes to haircuts. But he opened up, had fun, sat relatively still, and E’s patient all the way through the 20-minute cut! They made it fun, quick, and it was a great quality haircut. It’s worth it for the experience!
