Natalie was so amazing! What a genuine person full of warmth and joy! She was so good at paying attention to what we wanted and so patient. It was such a pleasure to work with her. We will definitely be back with our kids to see her.
My son had his first haircut at this location in December and we had a really good experience. We decided to have his hair cut again here today (3/21/26) and booked an appointment several days ago. We drove from Lafayette for the appointment and it was closed when we arrived. We waited, tried calling, and asked the salon next door if they had seen anyone working and they said no. Brought my son for his first haircut here. Basically everyone thought I cut his hair at home given how terrible it was. The front literally looked like it was cut across straight and it was so blunt. I did ask the stylist if she could fix it and expressed how I felt it looked. She said it was difficult due to my 14 month old’s hair was growing in on the sides. Come on.
