This place came recommended to me so there must be some good hairdressers there but my experience was terrible. It started with no help from the reception staff who saw me struggling to open the door with a double buggy & small child. We are so thankful for Kristine. She was fantastic with my 3 year old. He has so much anxiety with hair cuts. Didnt shed a tear or panic at all with Kristine!
Nunca pedí que me buscaran en la base de datos, desde un principio fui clara y dije que no tenía una cita, dije que podía esperar por si llegaban a tener algún espacio disponible. Pero ella me dijo “TE DIJE QUE NO” en un tono demasiado descortés. No es la forma de expresarse con un cliente.
Recibí una muy mala atención por parte de la “MANAGER” tiene una muy mala manera de atender a los clientes, es demasiado arrogante.
