Very disappointing job on my roof, tried to reach out to River about the issues and no response. My pool has nails and old roof in it. My yard has nails left in it. No care for peoples property. The new roof has damage. Nails sticking out of the drip edge. Didn’t center ridge cap. Reply. I have texted you and Hunter and no reply. These pictures are of my concern. I added a picture of my text to Hunter and yourself that ya’ll failed to reply to.

Sharkey roofed my house about two years ago. They did a great job and made it easy to work with my insurance company. They made sure to come back and check that everything was done right, and to clean up all the nails left over. Two years later, I noticed that some of the decking had broken, leaving the roof unsupported in one spot. I called them and asked them if they could fix it. I was totally willing to pay for it, but they just came.oit and had one of their framers fix it from inside the attic, no charge. They are a gre... read more

We were having issues with our roof caused by a previous contractor. Sharkey came out and diagnosed the problem and gave us advice at no charge. Although we did not use Sharkey this go around, I will in the future and would recommend them to anyone!
