Easy To Be Rude With Over The Phone!! Brenda? Worst customer service agent ever!! She's so rude, after listening to her waffle on & on, when I tried to make a point, & she just hung up on me!! I was surprised being a seller of mobility aids, I thought they more than anyone would treat customers with more respect being dependant on disabled people for their business, but apparently not!! I'll buy all my future needs from anywhere else but Sharkeys after how I was disrespected by this staff member!!
