Absolutely a top notch builder
Sharkey does not complete the job and refuses to respond and make it right. After he was more than THREE months late in closing on our new build we were forced to move in with sub-par work with the promise he would fix it. 2 years later we are still waiting. It is hard to choose from the many, many issues we have faced in hiring him to list in this review. He is unresponsive and unprofessional. We are also still waiting on a response from our request to complete our 1 year warranty.
We worked with the Sharkey Design Build team in 2019 to build our home. We appreciated their flexibility, level of communication, and willingness to go above and beyond to bring our vision to life. A year later, we couldn't be more proud of what we built together.
Sharkey Design Build runs a very professionally company while providing careful consideration of the customers wishes. The Green Halo project is one of a kind as Sharkey has set the bar high in Net Zero Ready homes Lee Bergum EPS Buildings
