Do you have wheels for inline skates
Board repaired finally through warranty (4 month wait).hopefully the defects are now dealt with and there are no further issues with future boards. Owner did start responding to warranty updates so hopefully customer service is on the right track now as well.
Buyers beware Dead Skateboard Bought skateboard and it never worked. It was sent out to a repair shop and it's been 3 months in counting no end in sight when I will get my board or money back. They won't even just send me another board and take back the new board at the repair shop that was never used.
Just bought the Electric power model,lasted 2 days and max range was approx 4klms! So two days in its being dealt with through warranty. I will update when I see how this company responds.There are obvious issues with quality that hopefully get addressed. Otherwise it’s a great riding board,but please get the battery issues resolved. Oct 4th-Still no response to warranty replacement…thats over a month now! Nov 2nd-still unable to supply any warranty or solid dates on replacement.
