Avoid using Shark Logistics if you need reliable freight transport. I scheduled a flatbed load well in advance with Walter Guzman for a 7:00 AM pickup on Monday, September 14th. When the morning arrived, no truck ever showed up. Instead of solving the issue, I was given multiple excuses as to why the truck wasn't there. Despite direct communication with Walter, they failed to deliver on their commitment and left us stranded without a truck. Extremely unprofessional.

1st time using this company to transport very expensive cargo. Michael was amazing, lived up to all promises. I made arrangements Monday, they picked up my shipping container Tuesday, and Delivered Wednesday. Michael even gave me a tracker & Truck Drivers number, I was able to track the transport of Dinosaurs straight to our museum in real time. They don't take their dispatch seriously
I would like to report unsafe driving by one of your drivers. The driver abruptly pulled in front of our vehicle, nearly causing an accident. We had to brake suddenly to avoid a collision. I have the truck number and license plate number available if needed for your investigation.
