Hi, I wanted to share my experience from my recent visit because I’m very disappointed with the service I received. The barber who cut my hair and beard appeared to be under the influence of something during the appointment. His hands seemed unsteady, he was talking nonsense throughout the haircut, and it was very difficult to feel comfortable or confident in the service being provided. Always a great place to go with great staff positive attitudes in a fun environment. Kaitlyn is the best and there are very few barbers/stylists I would trust with my beard. She never disappoints and goes the extra mile for her customers!

Such a nice barbershop, all the barbers are chill and welcoming. Always seen pretty quickly too, but waiting area also has a sick vending machine with loads of energy drinks. So that’s cool when I inevitably forget to grab mine. Also ATM available for paying too. Kaitlyn has really done the place up in the last months!
We absolutely LOVE Kaitlyn at Shark Tank! She's been cutting the hair of my husband and two boys for about 2 years now, and she always does a fantastic job! She's kind, personable, and talented. Plus, she really listens to what my kids want - they are at an age where they really appreciate being heard. The shop is clean and just got a great makeover - it's a cool looking shop, for sure!
