I feel completely deceived by this company. Despite warnings from other companies about the deceptive nature of Shark Bites, I went ahead and paid a deposit. On the day of installation, I was away from home, and the electrician unexpectedly demanded an additional $500 for something called an "optimizer." I instructed him to halt the installation, but due to being out of mobile network range, I was unable to communicate further. The Shark Solar experience has been an easy process from beginning to end. Phone contact with Veronica & Rocky made the process very smooth & they were very understanding when dealing with Strata compliance. The team on the ground did a terrific job & left everything clean & tidy. I couldn't be happier & it's wonderful to know I'm making a big commitment to the planet 👍🏼
I recommend SolarShark, although I just gave 4/5 stars. Good customer service. Very quick response in business hours. Best price in 5 quotations for my house, providing Astronergy panels and Growatt invertor. Only thing to improve / you need to know is they didn’t do on-site inspection for my house and finally a sky window blocked some panels installation.
