I had a serious issue arose while dealing with the Shark Solar sales team. After weeks of negotiations, the customer service manager from Shark Solar resolved the issue, thanks to her. Not 100% impressed, but the issue was resolved, had to take stress and invest a fair bit of time to deal with and solve.
Spent 30 minutes on phone for quote. Peter never sent quote. When I text to ask where was quote Peter replied would send but again nothing. I followed up with few more text with no response. Don't waste time with this company
I had a very disappointing experience with Shark Solar. They clearly lacked proper knowledge about the products they were selling. I wasted almost a month dealing with them. It took over three weeks for them to realise that the system they offered was non-compliant. Only after all that time did they cancel the installation, leaving me back at square one. Sent an enquiry. Bob smith called me. I was busy and requested to email me. He rattled off a price and requested for "what pricing do you want". I said, please email and I will come back to you. Hung up the phone. Pretty rude.
