Be cautious regarding back-end contract delivery and billing practices. We dealt with Rocky for the most part and he was a very pleasant salesperson. We were quoted a fixed price for a DC-coupled battery system (Ref: SK418995) without a physical pre-site inspection. Had Shark Solar install batteries at my home. Three electrician surged the power and it blew up so many items in my house. Washing machine, hot water service, NBN, microwave, lights, fans etc they have just ghosted me. No support and haven't lodged an insurance claim ( i am not covered personally). Dont risk it!
Very sweet talk until you sign the contract. Then the real drama starts.It took me more than 2 months to get an installation date.I was then required to pay the full amount at least 2 days before the scheduled installation date.Installation commenced on 11th March and was finally finished on 24th March.Asked the installer why it was taking so long and was told incorrect or insufficient parts from Shark. Adam and his team were extremely efficient and helpful. Adam guided me through each step of the process. From evaluation of my house hold needs, sizing the battery, where the battery and inverter needed to be, the distances between it and other utilities. Adam got his team to me in record time..
